I know that this is not the section, so if it move to the right place is good for me.

Can a coder provide a code that shows 4 picture, horizontally or vertically , but each picture shows the last 4 album. name of album shows also and link to go to album?

no, we can't move it, as you failed to say what version of coppermine you refered to and if you're looking for paid or unpaid help.
