Title: red x's when uploading

When I upload files from the FTP, I go to batch add files and get nothing but red x's. I tried the following link: http://coppermine-gallery.net/tutorial/uploads/troubleshooting.php and i'm still having trouble. This is what comes up at the bottom of the screen. Can anyone help?  ???

Do as suggested in the tutorial you refered to if you need help.
