i can upload a file in my gallery - when i click the button upload it says - http://www.bigdurf.com/gallery/db_input.php

pls help me

Works for me. Make sure you are not uploading files that are too large. Use FTP + batch add if this is the case.

you posted a URL, not an error message
I've just uploaded a movie... works
As Nibbler already said, make sure the movies you upload aren't to big
