Title: Give a right to some users use special gallery

Hello.

I have a question answer to which I couldn't find with the search.
So if there is already an answer to my question please give me a link to that topic. 

I have installed the gallery. And I want that special members have a permission to upload their photos to album called "Musicians" and all others to have a right to create their own albums but unable to upload to that "Musicians" album.

upload permissions to public albums can't be assigned by user group, it's an on/off property. I suggest allowing regular users to have personal galleries and allowing the "special" users to upload both to personal and public galleries. Please refer to the docs.
