Title: I can not enter coppermine

Template error

when I enter the main page this lines appears. Please help

my version is 1.4.4
theme is digital red.
I was work fine. But immediately I took this error.
when I took this error I was trying to add header and explanation to one of the picture that is on site

digital red is a cpg1.3.x-theme. If you try to use it with cpg1.4.x, you will have to update your outdated theme as suggested in the theme upgrade guide (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/theme/).

I downloaded the theme from this sites download section.
And its name is cpg1.4.x_theme_digital_red. Also when I looked the documentation part the changes already made.
Which themes are completely suitable for cpg1.4.x.
In download section they are all cpg1.4.x_theme

I downloaded all form this site.
Coppermine 1.4.4 (stable) February 24, 2006
cpg1.4.x_theme_digital_red.zip


And install theme. There was no problem. But after some days this happened when I upload pictures from ftp. With multiple upload option.
Then I restore database and problem solved.
Then I upload some pictures again with multiple upload option. After I upload 100 pictures it did the same thing. And I restore database again...
Can it be related with the pictures names?
