Title: Can't batch add
Post by: alias47 on April 11, 2006, 12:56:27 am: I can't upload. I go to batch add files, then I click the uploads folder, then I hit ok and the screen just goes blank

Also try searching for batch add problems. This is a common problem, and you may have success finding an already published solution.

When asking for support on the coppermine forum, post a link to your site and a test user account (the test user mustn't be in the admin group!) with upload privileges, with the above mentioned settings in place - this way, supporters can see the error messages as well. Do not post debug_output unless requested.

I get here : http://www.addictedtotelevision.net/gallery/searchnew.php?startdir=uploads and the screen goes blank.

is there anyway that I can get back the pics I've posted already, put up a new gallery and put them back becuase this is getting annoying

Post by: kegobeer on April 13, 2006, 12:42:19 am: It's not User/Password, it's user/password. Capital letters make a big difference. Single uploads appear to be working. Send me a pm with an admin login/password, and I'll look at your batch add.
