Title: Limit the number of pictures uploads/day

Ive read the Documentation and searched this board and didnt found a way to limit the number of uploads per day.
Anyone has a Hack/Mod for it. I would like to associate Groups with this. So for a particular group, Admin could allow 1 picture/day and for other group ilimited pictures/day, for example.

I know you can set up a Disk Quota, but in addition to it, i would like to set this upload limit.

This would be very useful, yes.
Even better: base it on the daily kb uploded instead of the number of images.
