Title: Can't find viewing restrictions for albums

I know this was here before,  I had certain private galleries viewable by only by members of a certain group..  But alas I can no longer find it, and since I switched hosts I don't have my older bakup of coppermine available to see if it's something I might have done.  I expected to find these restrictions in the properties page of an album..  

Any help is appreciated, using 1.1.1 - Devel.

I found it, it disappears from the properties menu if you've turned off "users can have private albums"
