alright, hello...
I've "obviously" succesfully installed Coppermine on my server and have been doing stuff and getting to know it, just when i realise there is a "favorites" tab... so i click it...
No image in folder... ok... so i go to find an image and try and find some link to add it to the favorites folder... nada.... i check the FAQS,The Forums... find the tip to turn on "Allow ZIP-download of favorites " so i do.... nope doesn't help.... I try registering a user (maybe it's only a user feature ;))... but nuttin...
So what am i doing wrong???

we never delete threads, as the whole point of running a support board is that others may benefit from your insight. You should have posted what you did to solve your issue instead of saying that some magic happened. What you actually did was probably adding at least one image to your favorites, which made the favorites meta album populated.

actually, my best guess is...
In Gallery Configuration - General settings -- I turned on the ""Allow ZIP-download of favorites "" (as said in another thread)...
But since there were no options to every single image... In Configuration - Image view I turned on File information is visible by default ... which displayed the Image information with the add to favorites at the bottom...
I guess i also "refreshed" my site or my cache before it started working.
