Title: Notify only selected admins by email

There are several notofication options in Config panel.

• Notify admin of user registration by email
• Notify admin of user upload awaiting approval
• Enable Report to Admin

In my gallery I have several Admins.

But I don't want all admins to receive all notification mails.

I want that some of them don't receive anything.
Other receive only notofications about upload awaiting approval.
Åtc.

In other words: I want to choose to which admins what notofications will be send.
