Title: Can't place pics to the albums

i don't know what's wrong with my gallery :( it works just fine until yest the files that I uploaded can't be placed into the albums. But when I checked on the userpics/ album folder the files that I uploaded were there..
When i activate the debug mode it comes up with this:
