Title: [done] Turn Gallery Offline Button?

This could be useful during editing, so how about a "turn gallery offline" button... where the index page changes to a log in screen... kinda like invision board (even though it's not a gallery), but yea. I would *think* it would be an easy thing to do.  :D

Done and commited to CVS devel

There is an option in the config to put the gallery offline - once that is set to yes every one except the admin will see an "Offline" message (set in lang file)

Only Login will allow login to admin (we don't want Admins to be locked out :) )

Would you be able to post what files were updated to get this feature working, so that I could include those files in my current installation?  I could really use this feature right now...
