Title: 1.4.3 "browser does not accept script cookies" and "don't have permissions"

Hello. I just installed 1.4.3 (www.eldervikkijohnson.org/photos). At the login screen I see the message "browser does not accept script cookies." When I type in my login info and click continue, I get a message that says "You are not logged in." I tried again (after turning my firewall back on) and received a message that said "Bye Bye..." and then was redirected to the main screen. I tried logging in again and this time it looked like I was logged in, but when I clicked "config" it said "You don't have permission to access this page." Apparently, I'm not logged in after all. Could someone please give their expertise? Thank you.

Ensure your browser is set to accept cookies, disable any paranoid security software, try a different browser.
