Title: Is it possible to exclude images from user galeries in "last added" & "random"?

I want to do such thing, that when visitor comes to site, in "last added" and "random" categories he don't sees any pictures from user-created albums. Is this possible?

afaik there's no such mod available yet, so I guess you'll have to code it if you need it.
