Post by: TheRain on January 23, 2006, 11:05:47 pm
I have an error after upload pics in CPG 1.4.3. After uploading file i see "Upload successful" screen, but after pressing "Continue" button i'll see 404 error.

If i take access on albums/edit directory through ftp i can see that file successfully uploaded.

fix your bridging error first.
Then do as suggested in http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble

Can't replicate, I was able to upload fine just as well as Nibbler, see http://school1038.org.ru/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-930
Post the excat steps you did before getting a 404, maybe even illustrated with screenshots.

Ok. Let's start...

My steps:
1. Login as Admin
2. Press Upload file
3. Choose album
4. Select local file (636 KB, 1280*960)
5. Enter filename
6. Enter description
7. Press Upload
8. 404

try a smaller pic, you're probably running into server-sided limitations (see sticky thread on this board)
