Title: Emails - forgot password and password reset

These emails are going out as plain text - and the link in the email - that the user is to click is not clickable.  Of course they can copy and paste into their browser - but I would like to make this link clickable.

It seems the file - mailer.inc.php controls the format of the emails.  Is this for all email - or just the registration?

What setting in this file is modified so that all email is html?
