Title: SQL Query To Erase Where Vote Equals 0 ?!?

I've had a problem with a robot visiting my site and rating all the images as 0. Is there an SQL command I can use which will reset only the images that have received just one vote, where the vote equals 0 - I have over 700 members galleries on my site and lots of people are rather pissed off!
