don't post debug_output unless requested. Searching for the error message you get (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search2;search=mySQL%20error%20Unknown%20column%20position%20in%20field%20list) or doing as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble) in the docs would be more helpful.
