Title: Not counting views when login as admin

Hi,

I've found out, that when I am logged as admin view counters for photos doesnt work when clicking at photos. When I am logged out or logged as regular user views counters works fine and counts hits. Is it done for purpose in new Coppermine, or is that a bug?
