Title: Categories that categorize differently
Post by: Maedi on December 27, 2005, 08:30:44 am
A feature that I would like, is the ability for categories to categorize differently.

Example:

You would have an album called boats and another one called planes, and 2 categories called red and blue.

When a user uploaded a photo into boats, he/she would also then put it into the red category.

Now whenever someone came to the site they could either choose the boats album, and have a look at recently submitted pic in there or have a look at the red category and find the boat that way

This is the intended purpose:

Every user would have their own album, in the users gallery (or other), when loading a picture into their album, they would also categorize it into one of the "real" categories/albums that are on the home page.

In turn, allowing each user to have their own "area" were images are kept, but these images are still put into the main albums/categories.

tell me if you need more info, or thoughts on this

thanks, Maedi
