Title: Most viewed pictures
Post by: whisky on December 25, 2005, 08:37:03 pm
This is kinda dumb, but lately people have been getting their images to be the most viewed by clearing their cache and history and re-viewing their pictures. That's just one or two of the guys who've got this trick. What I want to do is bring them back to a specific number of views. So is there any way to increase or decrease the views of an image?

CPG 1.4x will let you reset the view counter. Don't know about 1.3. If you want to change it to a specific number of views, you'd need to use a database editor like phpmyadmin. But if you reset the views to 0, that would likely deter those pranksters from doing it again in the future.

Yes, but under what table? I don't see anything that seems to be responsible for the number of views of the image  :(
