Title: a border main template

how do you make a border(with 2 images left.gif and right.gif) for the template(i use theme elektro) ?

i don't know where to add the code or what code i should ad please help

It's not hard to add a border around the template. The link to your images is broken, though. I can help you more if I can see the images you want to use.
