Title: help I can't upload!

I finally got Coppermine installed  ;D but now I can't upload my pictures to my gallery!  ??? My link is at www.lynnie-d.com/gallery  I've created a guest account... username is "guest" and the password is "password". Please help! thank you in advance!!
