Title: User galleries and sub-categories (admin or user)

I guess this is a permissions issue. I have not upgraded yet and I'm wondering if either the 1.4.2 Admin or User is able to create sub-albums within the User Galleries. With 1.3.5 the user cannot do this and it has been my main complaint about CM, because it doesn't allow any organization for the user. If the Admin were able to create the sub-albums for the users it would be just a little more manageable, but I have not found that possible under 1.3.5 either. Does 1.4.2 allow this possibility, either for the User and/or Admin?

sub-albums are not a feature in cpg1.4.x

I really do enjoy CM, but are there any plans for this in the future? It seems such a basic feature in nearly every gallery available, I just can't understand why it hasn't been given any thought.
