Title: Centering The Full-Size Image Pop-Up Window On Safari
Post by: cfyoung4 on December 01, 2005, 05:19:12 am
Hello,
I've been using Coppermine for over a year and have been thoroughly pleased with it.  My upgrade to 1.4.2 went very well.  However, I am noticing something that is a little bit annoying.  I should preface all of this by saying I'm using a Mac G5 and access my gallery using the Apple Safari web browser.  At any rate, when I go to click on an image to see it in "full size," the full size window pops up as it should, however it's not centered on the monitor.  When accessing my gallery via Firefox or with Explorer (using a PC), it does center perfectly.  So there appears to be a slight issue with the Safari browser properly centering the pop-up window on one's display.  This was never an issue before with 1.3 where the pop-up always centered perfectly.  If you have any suggestions that would enable the full-size pop-up window to center on my display using Safari as well as the other browsers, I'd be very happy to hear your suggestions.  Thank you very much for your help! ;)

Regards,
Charlie

that's a tricky one to figure out, as none of the devs owns a mac afaik, sorry. Maybe another user can help?

Thank you for your quick reply, GauGau.  I hope there is a Mac guru wandering this forum that can come up with a solution to this irritating issue.  I'd be grateful.
