When I try to upload photos I get this:

You may select a customized number of upload boxes. However, you may not select more than the limits listed below.
File upload boxes: 5
URI/URL upload boxes: 3
Please enter the number of each type of upload box you desire at this time. Then click 'Continue'.
Why?

Because you set it up that way on the groups page.
