Title: url pic in displayimage.php ?

Hello
I need to put a link in displayimage.php.
I would like this link to be as this : mypage.php?url_pic=$urlpict
I need in variable the url of the normal_pic
What can i put to have this link and where ? in theme.php or displayimage.php ?
