Title: Search by username ?

Is there a way to search for user by entering a name in a search box or any other way then browsing page by page ?
I have over 20000 registered users and it's awful when someone ask me to activate him becouse he didn't get confirmation mail etc.

I know you can't say exect day, but can you atleast say what month will we get stable release ?
