Sorry... I don't see any place that these are answered... or my searching must not be working right..

1.How do you go from 1.3.3 to the current verison? Do you downlaod the full version?
2. Someone told me there are instructions on how to do the convert? It wasn't in the download for 1.3.5 ...

Download 1.3.5 and read the manual that's in the docs folder.

That's already done - that vulnerability is the reason for the 1.3.5 release.
