Title: Halloween theme for 1.4.x BETA

This is a Halloween theme for 1.4.x BETA ONLY!  You must have the latest CVS in order for this to work.  The theme is based on KPs Halloween Theme 2 for SMF.  The theme and Halloween images were created by Killer Possum, and used with his permission.

I finished updating the theme.  It's now attached to the first post.
