if people register on my forums they get an error and i can't find the problem can somebody tell me what is wrong?

Set the ecard target address properly in config.

i can't find anything about that ecard in the config file what do you exactly mean?

i changed the settings so now there should not be an error anymore?

You can test it yourself by registering to your gallery.
