Title: User: rejected submission review

I've read that actions that trigger email notifications are not a great priority but how about this.

I have upload approval set up on my site. Sometimes people upload photos that are just plain/ugly/off topic or too small. I like to see a feature where if I reject/delete an upload I can write a reason for the rejection and then that upload goes into a users upload review section where they can review only their rejected submissions. All rejections after login will be deleted each day?

Thats a good idea, i also have users that can upload pictures and i reject lame pictures as well. So yeah def agree with you.
