Title: uploading thru URL....same file names
Post by: u-n-i on October 18, 2005, 04:39:42 pm
Hi
I m uploading files thru URL

for example

i upload movie stills

so for 3 movies

there r 5 stills
each named still1, still2, still3, ...

so in basic, after uploading. every file will go in one dir
but will it rename it automatically so that same file name dont give any problem

earlier i uploaded, it replaced still1 of 2nd movie with still1 of 1st movie
i dont know why

any help
thanks

also is it possible so that it creates seperate sub-dirs for each album ?
or rename files according to album ID ? so that file name never clash

file names don't clash. Post deep links.

deep links means the link to the file you are talking about (displayimage.php), link to that album, etc...
