Title: after installation existing cat - cant delete it!

ive got a problem... ive installed the gallery, and then i create some cats and albums.. and after the installation, theres always a cat, which is absolutely useless for me, but i CANT delete it... why?!

if u guys dont understand, what i mean... i give ya a pic:

That's probably the user galleries category (category 1). It cannot be deleted but it will only appear on the main page if there are user gallery albums within it.
