Title: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/jeffsweb/public_html/picEditor

When I try and resize a picture, I get this error:
Warning: copy(albums/uploads/la2005/P1000395.jpg): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/jeffsweb/public_html/picEditor.php on line 159

All directories are at 777.

Any advice?

CHMOD the file specified to 777.

obviously not. Ask your webhost if you can't figure this out on your own.
