Title: All my coppermine login.php files are empty

I noticed that I cannot log into any of my coppermine sites I have., gives a blank screen. My host emailed me staying everyone of my login.php files are empty and show 0 bytes.

How could of this happened? will just reinstalling the login.php fix the problem?

Replacing the file will fix the problem, unsure why it would happen.
