Title: ERROR MESSAGE

when I went to modify my database as directed in another thread I got a new error I probably changed something wrong but Im not sure how to fix it so Ive ocme to the experts! here is the error

I fixed it sorry for the trouble when I added a field to the table i must of done something incorrectly!
