Title: Multiple Admins with different roles...

Can assign admins to specific categories only.  e.g. you could have multiple admins each managins specific categories.  They would have full album and category admin rights, limited user rights (providing access or specifying roles of users) within those categries only.

I suppose this is a new request - but do you know if its at least possible?  Or if a MOD exists.?

No such functionality exists, check the threads discussing moderator abilities.
