Title: Import of dump didn't work

I tried to change the server and did the following steps:

- backup everying
- upload & install cpg1.3  (-> worked!)
- upload old albumbs
- import sql dump
- run update.php

But it doesn't work. There are no albumbs imported and also the configs are not updated, nor the user database.

Import your dump again and don't run update.php.
