Title: new rate system ...

i've search here for other rating systems but i've not find none like i want so i've decide post this request:

just change the rate 1-10 but using this rate style

How can i do it ?


And when show "Rating (1 votes):" not show the default stars but yes " for example 8.8v /3vote(s)
