Title: unbridged installs are unable to create new groups

I uncovered a bug where unbridged installs were unable to create new groups because the bridge code would delete the temporary group (and any others if you had them).

I copied the udb_base code to the coppermine bridge and remmed the group removal routine.

Confirm, has the fix been committed to CVS
