Title: Allow certain user to see only certain category

Hi,

I've added the php code to check for username and password before entering.  Depending on the username they enter, I want to allow them to only see certain categories and of course  all the albums within these categories.
I've done a search on this in this forum and had several hits, but all seem to suggest tying the username to an album instead of category.

Is this even possible in CopperMine?

no. Permissions are set by album, not by category.

I finally got permissions to work on albums tied to userid's after a few attempts. The logic is backwards to what I'm accustomed to, but it works fine.
Too bad it can't be tied to category.  Can this be submitted as an enhancement?
