Title: increase random rotation

i would like to increase the random selection to be weighted towards a users gallery.
eg, there are 8 random thumbs on the front page, i'd like to increase the chance of said users gallery to 25%, so 2 pics out of the 8 random would be that users gallery?

can it be done?
