So here is the deal. I don't have coding abilities to do this, and I don't have a coder to help, period.
I have posted a while back about a Coppermine + Files Site Hybrid of sorts. To explain this project as simply as possible, it is to be a files download site, much like you would see on a Windows Themems/Skins site like www.themexp.org. Basically, the site is for the downloading of skins used in a very popular online racing game www.liveforspeed.net. The skins are generally just JPG texture files and users (registered) are to upload these skins along with a preview image or screenshot. An admin approval system is needed, user system, integration with forums (I will probably buy a copy of vBulletin), and well.... pretty much the features that come along with Coppermine need to be somehow integrated with several modifications.

In that thread you can read in a bit more detail for what is required. There is quite a fair list of things to do, and this site NEEDS to come back up, that is the most important part. This site is the center of ALL files for this game Live for Speed, and if it is down, people will not have a way of sharing their skins... as well as other miscellaneous files.
I am the lead designer, and am dying to get a really nice site up and running for the community. I would be doing all the graphics and design work... specifically template stuff... and if we use Smarty templates (much like CPG's tempalte system which I love), that works best for me. This site... if done with Coppermine (which I prefer, as it pretty much takes care of many areas in coding), will be worth the time put into it. I may gather together my admin staff that help manage the site to have us all pitch in some cash to a paypal account. I'd like to pay anyone for this myself, but I feel that this job may be asking for a lot, and in return, I don't have a lot to spare. So that is why I could have our staff all throw some cash in the basket :) Price is not determined, but can be discussed privately. If you want, I would like to know what you would want to be payed for this kind of project (post it in a reply or PM me)... and please not something above really high, we'd like to try and keep this at somewhat low costs.
I would be really grateful if you (or several) could help me out. I have the domain and all the hosting setup, just an empty web directory dying to have some developments.
