Title: Admin button does not go away in SMF theme for regular users

The Admin button stays in the SMF theme even if you login as a regular member.  It doesn't do anything, but still kind of annoying.  If you click on it it says it's entering the Admin mode and then the User button replaces it.  If you click on the User button it does the same thing back.

How can I make it so those buttons only show if you are an Admin?

The admin mode applies to gallery admin. If users can have personal galleries, they will be admin of their own galleries. In admin mode, there are 3 buttons that pertain to administering the personal gallery.

Nonetheless, this has been removed in the next version to avoid confusion.
