Title: Moving albums to user gallery

Is there a way to move albums to a category creted by a user?

For example, if a user, lets say bob created an account and made an album named "about me" and uploaded one picture.  Can I move an album that was creted by an admin (thats not in the user gallery) and move it to the category "bob" in the user gallery?

I have the same problem in version 1.3, I will post it in the right category for my version and see if someone knows of any "hacks"  >:(
