Title: How to leave a part of the gallery out
Post by: allan23 on April 09, 2005, 08:38:15 am
Hi,
I would like to customize my gallery so that when i would click on the small thumbnails in the galleries then it would take me right away to the full sized images. So it would skip this voting part where images are are around 500  X 400 pixels in size. If it is possible to skip that part then how?

Please search the boards.  AFAIK there are already hacks to do this, you just need to look around.

After logging in go to the config file and set where it says files and thumbnail settings. Click no under create intermediate pictures.
If it is just the voting part you want to get rid of to to the groups section and change the settings there and it will get rid of the voting line under the picture.

Thank you for your reply!
I got rid of the voting part, but when i disable the "create intermediate images" option it just creates the original sized image on the same page. What i would like would be that it would not create that page at all. Sa when i would click on a small image thumbnail in the gallery then it would take me directly to the fully maximized image (like it looks when i click the intermediate image, it has its own window which consists only of the full sized image and nothing else)
Is something like that possible? Hack?
Thanks for replies!
