Title: Vote only once per image per album.

Im looking for mod where a member can only vote once per image in an album. Im setting up a photography contest site and need to be able to restrict voting in that way.

So if I have an Album with 25 Images, when someone votes on an image they cannot vote on anymore images in that album.
