Title: Referrer Statistics Tracking
Post by: pnear on March 30, 2005, 04:19:40 am
I would love to see more statistics available for coppermine.  I use wordpress for my blog and would love to be able to get similar information, mostly for interest's sake, via a dynamic html page.

For example, I was just reviewing the most popular photos in my gallery and was wondering "my god, where are people linking to this stuff from?".  It would be interesting to drill down into the referer for that image, search terms that lead people to my site or to a particular photo, etc.

The stats for my wordpress blog are here, for example's sake:  http://www.thenears.com/wp-stattraq

The most interesting pieces I track there are top referrer by day and by month and search terms.

Data is being recorded (admin settable) - it just needs someone to code some kewl looking reports, but right now 1.4 is in feature freeze so may be next version...
