Title: Xoops and Coppermine

Hey guys, quick question.  I´ve been reading through the forums about different ways to get Coppermine to work within xoops 2.  I have heard about xcgal, but I have also seen people say that it was based on an outdated version of coppermine.  I did my reading in the forums, and the last post I saw was from November, so I am curious as to if there have been any better attempts, the xcgal site is very difficult to use and I can´t find any answers there.  Thanks a lot for the help.

The next version of coppermine (1.4) can bridge with Xoops2.

hooray!  One more stupid question while you´re here and so quick.  I have a photo gallery setup now with 1.3, will it be easy to upgrade to 1.4 and then port with xoop?  Also, when is the expected release date?

Should be easy to update and bridge, 1.4 will be released when it's ready.

xcgal for xoops is still very outdated (you can check for yourself at www.xoops2.org), and I don't think there's any plans to update it any time soon. Thanks to nibbler, there is a bridge now for 1.4. You just have to be patient.
